For over 30 years I’ve worked with executives, founders and creative professionals to refine how they lead, present and influence.  My clients come to me when the stakes are high, a boardroom presentation, a leadership transition, a major pitch, or the challenge of leading with greater impact and ease.

My professional journey began in performance.  As a trained professional performer, I learned early how presence, voice and timing can transform the way a message lands.  That foundation has shaped my life’s work, helping others find their own unique voice.

I went on to found and lead two successful communication consultancies, coaching global executives and teams in presentation and leadership impact. Those experiences taught me what drives performance under pressure, and how subtle shifts in message, language, and delivery can change everything.

Alongside my corporate work, I trained as an executive coach and life coach, deepening my understanding of mindset, resilience, and human behaviour.  I bring that insight to every session, combining practical skill-building with psychological awareness and empathy.
